V3'S DESIGN
The Motorola V3 is the most talked about phone around because it is spectacularly thin - less than 14mm, but it still comes with a camera and colour screen on the outside! This new style from Motorola feels very sci-fi and looks spectacular as a clamshell with a beautiful anodized aluminium finish. By using metal alloys in the construction of the V3 instead of plastic, it looks and feels like a very high quality phone.
V3'S SPECIFICATIONS
• Talk time: 6.67 hours • Standby: 250 hours • Weight: 95g
V3'S EASE OF USE
Just flip it open and you are confronted with a revolutionary keypad, which has been cut to precision and has chemically-etched numerals to ensure the pad is completely flat. Although it feels very different to other keypads, it is not a problem to use because it is intuitively designed like the V600.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
The V3 is outstandingly stylish and does not compromise on substance. It offers everything you would expect from a top-class handset, including polyphonic ring tones, a 260,000-colour display, video playback, Bluetooth connectivity and quad-band coverage. The Motorola V3 has reinvented the average flip phone as an excusive mobile that is genuinely pocket-sized and looks very cool in the dark when it glows blue.
